With a robust background spanning various sectors including Corporate, Public, Criminal Justice, and the Voluntary Sector, I bring a wealth of knowledge and adaptability to every training session I deliver.

My journey into this field has been deeply personal. As a parent to a son, Henry, who is Autistic, with Severe Learning Disabilities and additional medical complexities, I've navigated the intricacies of care and advocacy firsthand. This journey has fueled my commitment to ensuring not only Henry's well-being but also advocating for a more inclusive society where everyone, regardless of their neurodiversity, feels empowered and understood.

Drawing from my own experiences and professional training, I specialize in delivering Autism Awareness, Neurodiversity & Inclusion, Learning Disability, and Mentor Training, along with Mental Health Training. My approach is rooted in creativity and empathy, fostering environments where individuals on the Autism Spectrum can thrive and have their voices heard.

As a Positive Psychology Training Practitioner with certifications including Level 3 Certificate in Neurodiversity & Inclusion (Train the Trainer) and Level 3 Award in Education & Training, I blend theoretical knowledge with practical strategies to create impactful learning experiences. Additionally, my academic background in Psychology, Management & Human Resources equips me with a holistic understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics.

Continuing my commitment to personal and professional growth, I am currently pursuing diplomas in Positive Psychology Coaching and Positive Organizational Psychology Level 5 with the Positive Psychology Guild. This dedication to ongoing learning ensures that my training methodologies are always informed by the latest research and best practices.
